In line with our philosophy of brining meaningful and lasting change to people’s lives, we adopt a very simple yet very powerful guiding principle in our mythology. In training like in any other business solution one must identify the root causes and then formulate a holistic solution incorporating all the relevant dynamics.

We have understood that if we do not know our client well enough we can’t design “that ideal” training session. Therefore, we make it a point to see, feel & experience the client’s operation that to the level we are permitted to.

We ensure that we get a good understanding of the level of experience, working style, competency levels & most importantly that level of maturity. By this understanding we are able to formulate the material and pitch for optimal effectiveness.

Linking the classroom with the ground realities

What is presented in the classroom is then followed up by our field training and coaching team. The team will work with an identified set of participants in the market to ascertain the level of implementation of the training sessions. The level of on the field application is assessed and along with the associated competency and responsiveness dynamic.

Synergy with real life

The days in which work and personal life were two distinct entities have faded into archives of history. We recognize that modern effective training must present a synergistic approach that aligns the objectives of the organization with the particular circumstances and needs of the individual. As discussed in our philosophy with the use of the proverbial triangle we link personal effectiveness to work related skills.

What is measured will get done

The old cliché “what is measured will get done” was never more relevant in terms of staying on course in a time of constant fads and latest trends. Our methodology includes a proprietary measurement and tracking tool termed the Diventars sales balance scorecard. In consultation with the management of our clients we develop this scorecard which then measures and tracks the Key result areas in terms of the areas of the business our training targets. With this approach we ensure that the effects of the training are lasting.
